UPMC is hiring Graduate Nurses as full-time Professional Staff Nurses. Graduate Nurses are highly sought-after and help recent graduates launch their nursing career at UPMC.

As a Professional Staff Nurse you will provide patient care with empathy and collaborate with physicians, other care providers, patients, and families to achieve desired outcomes throughout the continuum of care. The role includes 12-hour rotating shifts on several Med/Surg and specialty units.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or Temporary Practice Permit and plan to take NCLEX within 6 months.
• Completion of UPMC Student Nurse Internship Program or clinical transitions course preferred.
• BSN preferred with ability to provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care.
