Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Graduate Nurse (GN) for a full-time program that rotates across Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Women's Health. The GN will perform comprehensive assessments, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and prioritize care in a fast-paced setting while embracing ongoing learning.

The 12-month Training & Development track includes clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership phases with paid participation, self-paced modules, and strong preceptor

Qualifications

• Current RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit.
• Degree from an accredited nursing school is required.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS within six months.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

The Graduate Nurse (GN) is a full-time position focused on delivering patient-centered care across various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and Women's Health.

Training & Development

Participate in a structured 12-month program comprising clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development phases, with paid participation, self-paced modules, dedicated preceptor support, and a capstone project.

Qualifications & Skills

Current RN license or PA Temporary Practice Permit, degree from an accredited nursing school, BLS certification, ACLS within six months, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.
