Freeman Health System in Joplin is seeking a Graduate Nurse for Freeman Joplin. This full-time position requires 36 hours per week and offers exposure to a fast-paced perioperative care environment under the supervision of registered nurses.

As a Graduate Nurse, you will participate in patient assessments and care planning, ensuring safe and effective care as you transition from student to practicing RN. A supportive culture and strong benefits are highlighted in this role.

Qualificações

• Missouri RN license or compact-state RN license within 90 days after graduation (or 30 days after passing NCLEX in a non-MO state).
• AHA BLS for healthcare providers within 30 days.
• Perioperative RN competency documented annually by transcript.

• Assess physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of patients and families; plan and implement interventions; adjust as needed.
• Under the direction of professional RNs, provide safe, effective care and evaluate outcomes.
• Support perioperative care across surgical and endoscopy pathways.
