Job summary

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill, PA seeks a Graduate Nurse for Cardiovascular Critical Care. This full-time role engages in day/night rotations with a 0.90 FTE and includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $5.00/hour night shift differential.

Eligible employees receive a 50% tuition discount and comprehensive benefits. Requirements include Graduate Nurse status or RN licensure in the state of employment or multiline RN license via the NLC, and BLS prior to orientation end.

Qualifications

• Graduate Nurse with a Temporary Practice Permit or currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
• AHA BLS prior to end of orientation period

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process and professional standards in daily practice.
• Provide consistent care based on changing physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Perform detailed assignments/interventions with awareness of growth and development of the patient

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
