Job summary

NorthStar Counseling & Wellness is seeking graduate-level mental health therapists to join our growing outpatient practice. We welcome LMSWs, LGPCs, and upcoming graduates who seek supervision and professional growth within a supportive team.

Full-time and part-time W-2 opportunities are available, with a clinician-centered culture that emphasizes work-life balance, ongoing supervision, and development opportunities across children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications

• We welcome LMSWs, LGPCs, and other eligible graduate-level behavioral health professionals.
• Upcoming graduates may apply and pursue licensure with supervision.
• Maryland/DC licensure pathway for supervision is preferred based on position.

Responsibilities

• Conducting clinical assessments and identifying client treatment needs.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing individualized treatment plans.
• Providing individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical notes.
• Coordinating referrals and collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Participating in supervision, case consultation, and professional development activities.
• Maintaining all licenses, credentials, and ongoing education requirements.
