NorthStar Counseling & Wellness seeks graduate-level and independently licensed mental health professionals for a flexible part-time W-2 role. The position combines in-person sessions at Severna Park, Maryland with telehealth, with opportunities to transition to full-time as caseload grows.

Ideal candidates include those pursuing independent licensure or holding licenses such as LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.

Formación

• Graduate-level or independently licensed clinicians with an active license in good standing.
• Ability to provide psychotherapy under proper supervision where applicable.
• Willingness to work a part-time, hybrid schedule in a private practice setting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy based on licensure.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
