Tussell Limited is offering a Graduate Management Training Programme designed to fast-track you into leadership roles. You will start in a branch, rotating through customer service, sales and operations while receiving extensive training and hands-on experience.

Job description

Through hands-on experience and excellent training, our Management Trainees can progress to Branch Manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. The initial training takes around 8 to 12 months, after which you should be ready to move into your next role.
