Job summary

Anheuser-Busch invites graduates to join the Graduate Management Trainee program in the United States. This rotational program leads you through Sales, Supply (Brewery Operations), People (HR), Procurement, Technology, and Supply Chain roles, developing leadership skills for a future leadership path.

You will be based in the U.S. and participate in a multi-rotation track that emphasizes growth, learning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a starting salary of $80,000 plus bonus

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree (May 2027 graduates), no formal work experience required.
• Full mobility in the U.S. and English proficiency.
• Willing to participate in a rotational program across Sales, Supply, People, Procurement, Technology, or Supply Chain.

Who is this for?

• Recent talented graduates with a bachelor’s degree (Example: May 2027 graduates). This program starts late summer 2027.
• Proficiency to have conversations and conduct work in English.
• No formal work experience is required. Previous internship experience is a plus.
• Full mobility in the U.S.
