A leading IT organization offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join as an IT Support Specialist. The role emphasizes client interaction and technical troubleshooting, providing extensive training to help develop skills in a supportive team environment. The position allows for remote work with occasional travel to Central London for client engagements.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate that is keen to develop their career within IT. Working in a small team, you will provide first and second line IT support to the business’ clients.
Please note that this role offers remote working however occasional travel into Central London will be required for client visits/meetings so you will need to live a commutable distance to Central London.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; you will have studied IT or computer science at university and will be familiar with Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Windows, macOS experience is desirable.
The initial focus of this role will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network and desktop issues and responding to client support requests. Experience with any of these additional key technologies is desirable; Egnyte, 1Password, Creative Cloud, Sophos Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Admin/Entra/InTune, ScreenConnect, NinjaOne, Mosyle, CodeTwo and Symantec Email Filtering.
