Job summary

ConocoPhillips invites top IT-oriented graduates to join its University New Hire program, featuring two one-year rotations across AI & Data, Emerging Digital Technologies, and more. Initial onboarding occurs in Bartlesville, OK, with long-term assignments possible in Anchorage, AK or Houston, TX.

You will develop automation, analytics solutions, and security processes while leveraging cloud, data warehousing, and other advanced technologies in a dynamic, global energy setting.

Qualifications

• Basic required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution.
• Current level in college: Senior.
• Expected graduation date: Fall 2026 through Spring/Summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing e-solutions that enhance our business model and streamline processes.
• Developing and supporting automation processes across enterprise functions.
• Translating business requirements into analytics solutions.
• Developing, implementing, and supporting network security processes.
• Utilizing a wide range of technologies including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data warehousing, telecommunications, and databases to deliver IT services.
• Developing technical direction to gain competitive advantage in scientific computing areas (visualization, storage networks, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field, or foreign equivalent
