Job summary

Who''s On the Move is seeking a recruiter to support USC Upstate admissions by attracting graduate and international students, counseling applicants, reviewing applications, and determining admissions status. The role requires travel to assigned territories and attendance at college fairs and events to build relationships with prospective students.

You will work with campus partners to provide visa guidance, information sessions, and guidance on program options and financial aid.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• A valid driver’s license and successful background check are required.
• CRM systems experience is preferred to manage recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit graduate and international students and counsel applicants throughout the admissions process.
• Review admissions applications and determine admissions status; travel to assigned territories and attend events.
• Coordinate with international student services and other campus units to support visa, enrollment, and transition to USC Upstate.
• Advise prospective students on program options, deadlines, and financial aid; conduct information sessions in person or online.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, deans, and international offices to promote enrollment.
• Deliver presentations at information sessions, college fairs, and community events.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service and communication to all prospects.
