Position Summary
The Graduate Hourly is expected to help in day to day roles within the Academic Affairs Department that will help the team better serve the students here at the College of Dentistry. All of the duties will be administrative in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining and organizing electronic student files in databaseManaging and responding to incoming official letter requests.Assisting in authoring PASS residency letters of recommendationAssisting in uploading exam materials to online ExamSoft assessment portal; proctoring when neededFormat exams for ExamSoft assessment portalProctor onsite student testingReview thesis formatsAssisting with calendar and event managementPrep work associated with meetings (printing minutes, handouts, etc.)Other duties as assignedPerform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be in a graduate program at UIC, and must have a Bachelor's degree is social sciences, business administration, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in admistrative higher education is preferred
