Mott MacDonald in Houston, TX invites motivated graduates to join its Prelaunch summer internship program. This structured three‑month development journey builds the foundations for a successful engineering career, under guidance from experienced consultants and mentors.

You will work on design, site inspections, project meetings, and documentation, gaining hands‑on exposure to digital tools, sustainability, and client management as you contribute to real projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Preferred: successful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 months.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering or memberships.
• Creative thinking with methodical, pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleagues.
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with focus on growth and delivering value.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork.
