Pennoni is actively seeking Graduate Highway Engineers to join our Newark, DE team in a full-time, direct hire role. The position focuses on highway design and transportation projects, leveraging MicroStation Connect and OpenRoads Designer in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 0–4 years of experience, with familiarity in DelDOT standards and related tools like PW, AutoTURN, and GIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience with highway design using MicroStation/ORD.
• 0–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design transportation infrastructure using MicroStation Connect and ORD.
• Develop transportation plans including highway design, hydrology and drainage calculations, SWM/ES&C design, and utility layouts.
• Support diverse projects for state agencies, counties, and municipalities.
• Collaborate with team to produce engineering plans, documents, and reports.
