ConocoPhillips invites motivated students to join our Finance Onboarding Program as an Accounting/Finance intern in Midland, Texas. You will begin with foundational training, gain exposure to revenue and cost accounting, and support management reporting in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Expected graduation Fall 2026 through Spring/Fall 2027, with a 3.25+ GPA preferred and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer and/or education institution
• Current level in college: Senior or Graduate Student
• Expected graduation date: Fall 2026 through Spring/Fall 2027
• Willing to work in Midland, TX
• GPA: minimum 3.25 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Providing accounting, business analysis, and decision support to operations and management.
• Duties may include revenue, cost or investment accounting, government reporting, and audit support.
• Participate in onboarding program to acclimate to company and culture, and develop early career networks.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, other business related field, or foreign equivalent
