Weber State University in Ogden is seeking a Graduate Enrollment Manager to lead the end-to-end student lifecycle for the MEd and MAT programs. You will drive recruitment and marketing efforts, oversee admissions, and provide academic advising.

The Graduate Enrollment Manager serves as a key administrative leader within Graduate Studies in Education (GSE). Reporting to the GSE Director, this role manages the full student lifecycle for the Master of Education (MEd) and Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) programs. Responsibilities include driving recruitment and marketing strategies, managing admissions, providing academic advising, and facilitating required internship placements. Additionally, this position oversees departmental budgets and daily administrative operations, works with necessary department contacts to develop class schedules, and leverages data analysis to guide strategic growth. The Manager also plays a vital role in executing program assessments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with university and state standards.

The annual salary for this position starts at $44,000 and may go up from there depending on candidate qualifications.
