Eligible candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Materials Science / Metallurgical Engineering with a graduation date by September 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Materials Science / Metallurgical Engineering.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
• Engage in manufacturing process troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process improvements.
• Contribute to safety enhancements, cost optimization, and project management with new technology implementation.
• Support design and optimization efforts across multiple engineering disciplines within Dow’s operations.
