Job summary

Minnesota Department of Transportation's Graduate Engineer Training Program offers new graduates a two-year, rotation-based path across Construction, Design, Project Management, Bridge/Structures, Materials, Water Resources and Traffic. You’ll rotate with mentors to build a tailored plan and advance toward a permanent Graduate Engineer 2 role.

Positions are located across Minnesota, including Baxter, Duluth, Mankato, Rochester, St.

Qualifications

• Completed a bachelor’s degree by the start date in Civil, Construction, Environmental, Geo-, or Structural Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent).
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Valid Class D driver's license.
• U.S. work authorization is required at start.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Construction, Design, Project Management, Bridge/Structures, Materials, Water Resources, and Traffic.
• Collaborate with mentors to build a tailored rotation plan.
• Positions located across Minnesota including Baxter, Duluth, Mankato, Rochester, St. Cloud, and Twin Cities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Construction, Environmental, Geo-, or Structural Engineering (or closely related field)
