Qualifications

• Hold an MS, MA, or MSED or higher degree in Educational Administration, Administrative Leadership, or a closely-related field from an accredited higher education institution by the time of application.
• Ability to teach college-level courses in the field of educational administration, including familiarity with high impact practices for teaching online courses.
• Prior K-12 teaching and/or administrative experience in K-12 settings.
• Experience in program administration and coordination, preferably in an educational administration (K-12) setting.
• Experience working with diverse student populations and demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion through teaching, research, and/or service.

Responsibilities

• Teach graduate courses in Educational Administration.
• Provide administrative service for the program and coordinate licensure activities.
• Serve as a core faculty member and attend department and program meetings and related functions.
• Coordinate with DPI andSOE personnel on maintaining records and required reports.

Education

MS/MA/MSED in Educational Administration or closely-related field

Ed.D. or Ph.D. in Educational Administration or related field
