Job summary

The Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver is seeking adjunct instructors for the 2026-2027 academic year to teach a range of graduate courses in the Higher Education program.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at graduate level.

Responsibilities

• Teach in person or online in the format and schedule for the course.
• Design a new course or adapt an existing one with learning outcomes and materials.
• Create a course calendar per the quarter system and Canvas container.
• Meet with students as needed and assign papers, exams, and other deliverables.
• Grade assignments within two weeks and ensure inclusive delivery and accessibility.
• Support student academic success and participate in onboarding and professional development.
