Interns collaborate with data scientists and business partners to develop practical predictive models, analyze complex data, and visualize results for actionable insights. Mentorship and project-based learning help build analytics, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; pursuing graduate degree encouraged.
• Graduate degree pursuit full or part-time in a quantitative field.
• Experience with predictive modeling, ML, statistics, or analytics in coursework or projects.
• Experience with data preparation, EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches.
• Interest in emerging data science technologies and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to plan assignments.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with unit objectives.
• Participate in projects to develop professional skills.
• Assist in planning and implementing unit projects within expertise.
• Conduct research and prepare recommendations as requested by management.
• Support studies or enrichment programs related to objectives.
