Job summary

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) invites applications for a Graduate Internposition in the ASID/CIPHER lab for Spring 2027, focusing on cybersecurity research. Eligible candidates are pursuing a Master’s or PhD in relevant fields, with 3.0+ GPA and registration requirements; US citizenship is required for government contracts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
• Part-Time Intern– Must be registered for 6+ credit hours
• Full-time Intern-Must be registered for 5 or fewer credit hours
• Must be registered for Full-time Internship Credit

Responsibilities

• Assist with data science and ML experimentation for cyber problems.
• Contribute to malware analysis and information theory studies.
• Support software analysis using static/dynamic analysis and symbolic execution.
• Develop ML software for cybersecurity applications.
• Collaborate on research in AI/ML foundations and NLP.
