Join to apply for the Graduate Customer Success Manager role at Canonical

This role offers an opportunity to be part of a strategic customer success team at Canonical, focusing on reducing risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting expansion within existing accounts. Customer Success Managers (CSMs) develop trust with customers and ensure they have a positive experience with Canonical's offerings, including Ubuntu and other open source infrastructure and applications.

The position is remote and worldwide, with responsibilities including supporting customers through ticket resolution, documenting solutions, driving campaigns, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with sales and support teams to meet customer objectives. The role primarily targets the Tech segment, including store customers, and involves managing a diverse customer portfolio.

Responsibilities:
  • Support customers by resolving ticket requests.
  • Enhance documentation related to problem solving, onboarding, and FAQs.
  • Lead targeted campaigns via digital channels.
  • Identify high potential and high risk customers.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce product support processes.
  • Work with sales and support teams on engagement plans.
  • Engage with your customer portfolio to identify risks.
  • Gather and format customer feedback for product review.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Empathetic with a drive to help others.
  • Passion for technology, especially Ubuntu and open source.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian, alongside English.
