This role offers an opportunity to be part of a strategic customer success team at Canonical, focusing on reducing risk and churn, facilitating product adoption, and supporting expansion within existing accounts. Customer Success Managers (CSMs) develop trust with customers and ensure they have a positive experience with Canonical's offerings, including Ubuntu and other open source infrastructure and applications.
The position is remote and worldwide, with responsibilities including supporting customers through ticket resolution, documenting solutions, driving campaigns, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with sales and support teams to meet customer objectives. The role primarily targets the Tech segment, including store customers, and involves managing a diverse customer portfolio.
