Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student in the penultimate year of study only.

Responsibilities

• Build capability in credit, financial data, and analytical tooling by applying feedback quickly and adopting standard ways of working that reinforce consistent, decision-ready outputs.
• Contribute to AI-enabled team productivity by sharing reusable prompts, templates, checklists, and lightweight automation that augments team judgment, not replaces it, reducing rework and improving turnaround time.
• Support colleagues proactively with strong attention to detail, and contribute creative, resourceful ideas in collaborative team discussions.
• Champion continuous improvement by questioning existing processes, exploring new tools, and applying fresh perspectives to data and problem-solving.
• Partner with analysts and managers to deliver reliable execution, including clear status updates, early escalation of risks, and consistent follow-through to protect quality and trust.
