Job description

As a Graduate Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) / Junior Projektmanager Bau (m/w/d) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and talented teams, nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

  1. Assist in the delivery of multiple Data Center projects.
  2. Attend and contribute to key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.
  3. Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavors to ensure these procedures are observed.
  4. Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
  5. Track project timelines and key milestones, and monitor overall project progress, identifying and addressing potential delays in advance.
  6. Produce weekly action plans for critical activities and follow up with all stakeholders until completion.
  7. Assist in maintaining project documentation, including change trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
  8. Coordinate with the client team, consultants, and contractors on all activities, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a degree in Construction Management/Baumanagement, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a similar construction-related discipline.
  • Have some experience in construction projects (internship, work placement, or others is a plus).
  • Enjoy a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your priorities and deadlines.
  • Are an excellent communicator in English, both verbally and in writing. German skills are a plus.
  • Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment.
  • Have work authorization to work in the country you are applying for.
