Overview: Halff is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in Fort Worth, TX. This entry-level position is ideal for new graduates interested in pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction related to Water & Wastewater projects. Responsibilities:

• Design civil engineering projects under supervision of a Professional Engineer
• Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including modeling, planning, design, and construction
• Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Perform drafting using CAD software
• Conduct calculations and analysis for designs
• Assist in regulatory permit applications
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and contractors
• Participate in meetings with clients and agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (graduates in December 2024 and May 2025 are encouraged to apply)
• 0-3 years' experience in Water & Wastewater projects and treatment design
• Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred
• Knowledge of Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWater is desirable
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational skills
