Halff is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for our Water & Wastewater Utilities team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves pipeline and facility modeling, planning, process design, and construction. Responsibilities

1. Design civil engineering projects under the supervision of a Professional Engineer.
2. Support Water & Wastewater Utility projects including modeling, planning, design, and construction.
3. Assist in preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
4. Perform drafting CAD work and calculations for design projects.
5. Assist in preparing permit applications and regulatory documents.
6. Coordinate with team members, surveyors, architects, and contractors.
7. Attend meetings with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (graduates of December 2024 and May 2025 encouraged to apply).
2. 0-3 years of experience in Water & Wastewater Utility projects or Treatment Design.
3. Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred.
4. Desired experience with Civil 3D, ArcGIS, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, InfoWater.
5. Strong communication, relationship-building, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
