Job summary

Pennoni in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer for a full-time role. You will assist on multi-disciplinary site development designs, supporting engineers through planning, design, permitting, and reporting.

Responsibilities include site design, feasibility studies, stormwater tasks, and preparation of permit applications. A Civil Engineering degree and FE/EIT are preferred; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• FE / EIT certification preferred.
• Experience with land development and stormwater design is a plus.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam Revu is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform site design including layout, grading, utilities, and street design.
• Evaluate land development feasibility and assist with permits.
• Support stormwater management design and BIS/ESC tasks as needed.
• Prepare plans for permitting, construction, and engineering reports.
• Review local codes and regulations with the design team.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on projects.
