Job summary

Pennoni is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineering Technician to contribute to multi-discipline site design projects in Cape May Court House, NJ. You will support engineers in conceptual planning through permitting, with focus on land development or municipal projects.

The role requires a Civil Engineering bachelor’s degree; FE/EIT is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office is a plus. Salary: $30/hr. Apply to join a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; FE/EIT preferred.
• Experience with land development or municipal infrastructure a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office 365 helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform site design including layout, grading, utilities, and street design.
• Evaluate land development feasibility and perform site evaluations.
• Assist with stormwater management and BMP implementation.
• Review local ordinances and state regulations.
• Prepare permit applications and related documentation.
• Assist with engineering reports for regulatory compliance.
• Attend evening municipal meetings.
• Additional tasks as needed.
