Job Responsibilities
  • Become an integral part of the Bollig design team to help progress both municipal and aviation projects from planning to completion.
  • Provide project support by collaborating with senior municipal engineers in the planning, design, and execution of all aspects of municipal projects.
  • Assist in conducting technical analyses, calculations, project scoping, and field investigation to support project design and decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
  • Perform construction observation and administration on municipal projects as needed.
  • Assist Bollig staff with building and maintaining client relationships and provide support to internal and external project stakeholders where needed.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute new ideas to the team.
  • Maintain/obtain required certifications and attend training as necessary.
Skills and Competencies Desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Strong academic performance with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and a passion for civil engineering.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
