Create Consulting Engineers is seeking a motivated Graduate to join our Civil Engineering team. This role offers hands-on experience across diverse projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure, with mentoring toward chartership.

You will gain practical skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PDS, and Causeway Flow, while collaborating with planners, engineers, and architects to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
• Exposure to design software is a plus but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, retail and infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in preparing drawings, calculations, technical reports and specifications.
• Learn to use industry-standard software including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, PDS and Causeway Flow.
• Undertake site visits and surveys with senior engineers.
• Work with planners, other engineers and architects on multidisciplinary projects.
• Receive mentoring and training towards chartership and career progression.
