Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Successful completion of EIT exam or ability to take it within 12 months.
• Demonstrated internships, volunteering, or organization memberships.
• Creative thinking with a methodical, pragmatic problem-solving approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement.
• Resilient, solution-oriented mindset and commitment to growth and value.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Education
