Job summary

OHM Advisors is seeking a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Ohio. You will support planning and design efforts across civil engineering projects, contributing to technical analyses and working with senior staff to deliver people-focused solutions for clients.

You will gain exposure to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, and ArcGIS while developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documents.
• Use CAD software (AutoCAD or MicroStation) to develop design drawings.
• Review project plans and documentation for technical accuracy and conformance to standards.
• Help schedule and coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to design reviews.
• Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
