OHM Advisors, the Community Advancement firm, seeks a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a diverse 800+ team. You will support planning and design, contribute to analyses, and collaborate with senior staff on people-centered solutions for clients.

You’ll gain exposure to civil projects using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS, while developing technical and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit, ArcGIS.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op in civil engineering strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection and analysis to support project development.
• Perform design calculations and investigative analyses.
• Assist in plans, specs, cost estimates, and docs.
• Use CAD software to develop design drawings.
• Review plans for technical accuracy and standards conformance.
• Coordinate tasks to meet project timelines.

What You Will Contribute To OHM Advisors

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a collaborative and growing team here you’ll gain exposure to a range of civil engineering projects. You’ll support planning and design efforts, contribute to technical analyses, and work alongside senior staff to deliver creative, people-focused solutions for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and analysis of data to support project development.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
• Internship or co-op experience in civil engineering strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
