Job summary

ISG, a multi-disciplinary architecture, engineering, planning, and interior design firm, is seeking a Civil Graduate Engineer in Mankato, MN. You will be an Employee Owner working with Jerremy Foss, PE, and collaborate with internal resources for design, project execution, and code review.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree, 1–2+ years experience, and an EIT. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and MS Office is expected. Travel to various sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 1–2+ years of experience with an EIT certification.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of civil engineering strategies.
• Prepare drawings, documents, details, schedules, or specifications using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and ArcGIS.
• Serve as liaison with clients, authorities, and contractors.
• Provide on-site construction support as needed.
• Interface professionally with contractors, clients, and ISG teammates.
• Align with ISG goals and collaborate across projects.
• Join projects as a complementary team member.
