Job summary

Lincoln Tech's Career Services team at the Melrose Park Campus is seeking a results-driven Career Services Advisor. This full-time, on-site role focuses on connecting graduates with employers, coaching job seekers, and coordinating workshops and events to boost placement rates.

You'll build relationships with employers, run job fairs, and collaborate across departments to remove barriers to employment. A strong drive to help students succeed and experience in fast-paced environments are

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, or any fast-paced service environment.
• Knowledge of skilled trades, transportation, or healthcare is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
• Genuine belief in education and helping people succeed.
• Comfortable on the phone and in front of a room; metrics-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of employer relationships and job opportunities.
• Coach students and graduates through their job search—from resume to offer.
• Hit weekly and monthly placement targets that impact students' lives.
• Run workshops, coordinate job fairs, and connect employers with our talent.
• Work across departments to remove barriers and get graduates hired.
