Job summary

Lincoln Tech's Career Services Advisor role at the Melrose Park campus focuses on connecting graduates with employment opportunities and building strong employer relationships. You will coach students from resume through offers, drive placement targets, and coordinate workshops and job fairs to help graduates launch meaningful careers.

The role is full-time, on-site, with a schedule that includes three early shifts and two late nights until 8pm.

• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum.
• Genuine belief in education and desire to see people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of employer relationships and job opportunities
• Coach students and graduates through their job search — from resume to offer
• Hit weekly and monthly placement targets that directly impact students' lives
• Run workshops, coordinate job fairs, and connect employers with our talent
• Work across departments to remove barriers and get graduates hired
