Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Melrose Park is seeking a results-driven placement specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will connect graduates with employer opportunities and guide them from resume to offer.

You will build a pipeline of job opportunities, run workshops and job fairs, and collaborate across departments to remove barriers and help students start real careers. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and a focus on impactful outcomes.

At Lincoln Tech, we train people for real careers in the trades. Our graduates are ready to work. Your role is to connect them with the opportunities they've earned. S chedule includes three early shifts and two late nights until 8pm.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a pipeline of employer relationships and job opportunities
• Coach students and graduates through their job search — from resume to offer
• Hit weekly and monthly placement targets that directly impact students' lives
• Run workshops, coordinate job fairs, and connect employers with our talent
• Work across departments to remove barriers and get graduates hired

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in sales, retail, restaurants, or any fast-paced service environment. Knowledge of skilled trades, transportation, or healthcare is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing momentum
• A genuine belief in education and a desire to see people succeed
• Comfortable on the phone and in front of a room
• Metrics don't scare you — they motivate you
