Job summary

A prominent university in Wisconsin is seeking graduate assistants for the 2026-27 academic year in NCAA Division II athletics. Candidates will receive a full tuition waiver and an annual stipend of $9,000. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing events, assisting with game day operations, and supporting student-athlete development. Applicants must be admitted to the in-person Master of Sport Management Program and maintain minimum credit requirements for continued employment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a student-athlete, student worker, or intern in college athletics is preferred.
• Relevant experience in marketing, events, facilities, academic services, graphic design, and/or video production is required.
• Ability to be strategically organized and think innovatively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all in-game entertainment and promotions for athletics.
• Assist with development and execution of marketing plans for all sports.
• Oversee operations of auxiliary functions including concessions and retail store.
