Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the in-person Master of Sport Management Program at UW-Parkside.
• Experience in college athletics or coaching environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute practices with attention to player development and safety.
• Scout opponents and analyze film for game preparation.
• Recruit student-athletes and coordinate travel logistics for competitions.
• Organize camps and clinics and monitor student-athletes' academic progress.
• Collaborate with athletics staff and campus groups and represent the department externally.
