Graduate Assistant Womens Soccer Coach (25705)

Job Summary

The Graduate Assistant Coach assists with the day-to-day management of the athletic team, which requires some night and weekend work. Candidates should possess a commitment to Christian higher education and utilize a servant leadership style.

Essential Duties

  • Recruit, train, and coach team members
  • Recruit, retain, and graduate student-athletes contributing to campus life
  • Fundraising and alumni relations for program advancement
  • Oversee student-athletes' academic progress
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Ensure compliance with NAIA rules and regulations
  • Provide leadership in campus involvement and community service
  • Offer Christ-centered leadership and direction
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience in collegiate sports as athlete or staff
