What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide instructional tutoring to students in statistics via online platforms and Zoom
- Communicate professionally and positively with students through email correspondence
- Contribute to Tutoring Program initiatives, including resource development and short video tutorials
- Attend weekly peer tutor meetings led by the Instructional Specialist
- Commit to approximately 40 hours per month, including evenings and weekends, to serve a global student body

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a current student enrolled in a doctoral program at the employer
- Demonstrated expertise in graduate-level statistics coursework (RSCH 8210 or equivalent)
- 3+ years of work experience utilizing statistics on a regular basis
- Strong writing skills for professional email communication
- Familiarity with SPSS and the Office 365 suite of programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience teaching or learning in online learning management systems
- Knowledge of additional analytical software
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to adult learners
- Experience in developing statistics-specific study skills and learning strategies
