Job Summary

Assist faculty members in the School of Education with daily tasks, projects, and event organization. Greet and communicate with students and visitors, proctor tests, and assist with grading. Support the Dean and faculty in data entry, analysis, reports, placements, recruitment, mentoring, and community activities.

Essential Duties

• Help organize faculty schedules and projects
• Assist in organizing and running events
• Serve as an office administrative assistant
• Proctor tests and assignments
• Assist in grading
• Occasionally take notes at meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
