What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to student inquiries via email and provide guidance on writing and APA formatting
  • Facilitate synchronous small group sessions and one-on-one mentorship meetings
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Services Support Specialist to ensure quality service
  • Attend onboarding and ongoing training sessions as required
  • Compile and report mentoring interaction data to the Manager weekly
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Must be an active student in good standing enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program at the employer
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.5 or higher on all coursework completed at the employer
  • Strong writing, communication, facilitation, and research skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback to adult students in writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
