What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to student inquiries via email and provide guidance on writing and APA formatting
- Facilitate synchronous small group sessions and one-on-one mentorship meetings
- Collaborate with the Instructional Services Support Specialist to ensure quality service
- Attend onboarding and ongoing training sessions as required
- Compile and report mentoring interaction data to the Manager weekly
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be an active student in good standing enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program at the employer
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.5 or higher on all coursework completed at the employer
- Strong writing, communication, facilitation, and research skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to adult students in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
