Concordia University Chicago (CUC) invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant - Men's and Women's Tennis. This position reports directly to the Head Coach and is located in River Forest, IL.
This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with the daily operations of the men's and women's tennis program at CUC. Responsibilities include attending practices and matches, recruiting prospective student-athletes via phone, email, and in-person evaluations, managing the recruitment database, and ensuring compliance with policies of CUC, NACC, and NCAA. Additional duties as assigned by the Head Tennis Coach are also expected.
Candidates must be enrolled or planning to enroll in a Concordia University Chicago graduate program.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Experience in coaching at the high school or collegiate level is required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Bachelor's degree required.
Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester in fall and spring, and at least 3 in summer.
