• Be registered full-time for the respective semester – nine (9) semester credit hours during the fall semester, nine (9) semester credit hours during the spring semester, or three (3) semester credit hours during the summer session or be registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements of the degree plan.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

The purpose of the position is to support the admissions, enrollment, and retention functions of graduate students through inbound and outbound calls and electronic communications. Our goal is to provide an excellent level of customer service while offering accurate and timely information regarding our graduate programs and services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Be able to multi-task independently and follow directions


• Call Center or High Traffic Customer Service Experience


• Work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines


• Provide an excellent level of customer service


• Be available to work a 20 hour work week within the hours of operation.


• Current hours of operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (possible evening hours 10 AM – 7 PM)
