Job description

Hiram College is seeking applications for the position of Baseball Graduate Assistant.

Hiram College is a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio. The college is a member of the Presidents Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III.

The graduate assistant for baseball is a 10-month position reporting to the Head Baseball Coach and Director of Athletics. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting with on-field coaching and organization of recruiting and retention strategies.
  2. Supervising student coaches and/or managers.
  3. Supporting the strength and conditioning program.
  4. Representing the program in accordance with department, college, PAC, NCAA, and institutional policies and regulations.
  5. Performing administrative duties such as supporting event management for other sports outside the baseball season.

Candidates must be accepted into the Hiram College Master's program and demonstrate ongoing progress toward degree completion during employment.
