Job summary

Manhattanville University is seeking a Graduate Assistant for Facilities and Operations in the Athletics and Recreation department. The role supports game operations for hockey and baseball, coordinates officials and student workers, and assists with facility scheduling and ticketing for home contests.

Qualifications

• Must have general sport knowledge.
• Experience in an athletic department is preferred.
• Ability to set up sport-specific facility needs.
• Strong time management and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Primary site administrator for hockey and baseball events (40–50 games).
• Draft and manage game contracts and pre-contest official communications.
• Coordinate pregame itineraries and visitor information for officials.
• Assist with ticketing operations and events at home contests.
• Maintain athletic calendar and schedule external events and rentals.
• Support emergency procedures and day-to-day facility maintenance.
