Job summary

South College is seeking a PA Graduate Admissions Officer in Asheville, NC. You will oversee admissions for the Physician Assistant program, coordinating inquiries through enrollment, managing records in CASPA and internal systems, and communicating requirements and deadlines to applicants.

You will also manage interview scheduling, reporting, onboarding, and collaboration with program leadership to support accreditation and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in admissions and recruiting preferred.
• Fluency in English with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage applicant records and statuses in CASPA and internal systems.
• Review applications for completeness and communicate requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare admissions reports and monitor enrollment trends.
• Coordinate interviews and track offers, waitlists, and enrollment commitments.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new students.
• Assist with accreditation documentation and annual reports.
