Job summary

Penn State University is seeking an Admissions Officer for IST to recruit for graduate programs, including a doctoral program and master's programs, and to assist with undergraduate recruitment as needed.

The role collaborates with the Associate Dean for Student Success and the Graduate Programs staff to diversify the applicant pool, manage recruitment events, and run information sessions for international students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Pre-recruitment graduate program marketing including website and marketing literature content creation.
• Monitor and manage website and marketing literature updates and distribution; collect data helpful to recruitment including graduate student placement and time-to-completion.
• Develop and maintain awareness of domestic and international markets for graduate programs; liaise with IST and PSU entities to coordinate marketing and recruitment.
